Shipping Information for Tailor-Made Dresses

Whether you choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements, all our dresses suits are personally tailored for you from scratch. Because of this, shipping time and our return policy are different for these special items.

Shipping Time
Total Shipping Time is based on the time it will take to tailor your dresses + the time taken for the finished dress to be shipped to you.

Formal Dresses
It will take 11-13 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. It will then take about 3-5 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT ,etc) standard.


Wedding Dresses
It will take 12-18 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. Also it will take about 3-5 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT ,etc) standard.


Order Cancellations
All dresses ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge, no questions asked. However, because your dress is a one-off tailor made for your special day, orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equalling 25% of the item price. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

Shipping Costs
All our shipping costs are calculated automatically. The prices depend on the different rates of the shipping companies like UPS, Fedex, DHL, EMS, etc. weddinggownswholesale will send the delivery to the destination the customer gave to us. Before you check out, you will see the shipping costs.

Tracking Number
We can offer the tracking number as soon as the Express corporation provide us.
All orders must be prepaid include shipping,
We are not responsible for wrong addresses.

Tax and Duty
Please be advised that the Customs Department of your country could impose duty or sales tax on your ordered item when it enters your country.
However, based on our experience, it seldom happens to small lot orders like ours. Do find out the local regulations and the maximum value of import for duty exemption. We would appreciate your understanding that we cannot be responsible for any tax or duty charged by your government on the purchase. If you find out information about the import tax situation in your country, and you believe there are ways for you to minimize the taxes you have to pay (or eliminate the taxes altogether), we are more than happy to follow your instructions regarding label, packing, declarations, invoices, etc. Just tell us what you need and we will let you know what we can do to help.

return policy
Before buy the items, all our items has descripted the measurements, and we could help you to check your size that fit you. So you should check and confirm the size and length carefully and make sure that the item size is fit for you .

We will check the size and confirm the item is perfect before shipping out all the items. When you received the item, if you find any questions, please feel free to contact us and let us know the problem.

If the dress is not fit for you, please contact us, we could refund or exchange for you. Dresses must be received back to us within 7 days of your receipt. Item must be returned in originally received condition with all packaging. Brand new condition (NO smoke scents, NO makeup stains, NO alterations).

after sales:
If the size is not fit for you, we could change the size for you with free within 45 days. The buyer should pay all shipping&handling charges.

About refund:
If you want to refund, we just refund the dress cost, not include the postage. The buyer should pay all shipping&handling charges.
Please read carefully of the following instruction, we can't refund for the following reasons:

1. the color difference
The Color may have difference upon to the computer display.

2. size difference
There may have ONE cm size difference more or less. This is reasonable for all the tailed clothing.

There may have the size difference if you measure yourself, it’s better find another people to help you measure.

3. I dislike the dress and it's not same as what I ordered.
Our dresses are custom tailed by copy the photo, so we only promise to make 90% similar of the photo. But we use the best material and excellent handcraft for each dress.
